Uh... Yeah. Man, you lost me on this one.

It's absolute nonsense. Jabberwocky of the most essential kind.
ReplyDeleteAt the risk of ruining the joke (well, actually, for me it didn't, it just made it funnier):
It's the phrase: "See, Billy, See 'er go? Forty buses in a row! Them are not, them are trucks! See what is in them? Cows? And ducks!"
But then you spell it kind of sideways using a phoneme-construction that subsitutes alternate letters that make the same sounds, and it kinda looks like Latin, except you're pretty sure there isn't a latin word like "trux" or "cowz", and "siwatisinem"?. What the hell language is that? Esperanto? Igpay atinlay? And suddenly your thinking outside the box of your experience.
A lot of power in type and words. Maybe that's why I'm so fond of them, and why I have a copies of Fairbanks and Bringhurst on my special shelf.
