1024. I am remiss in that I didn't give a hat tip where one is due, and I've just learnt about this; a local coffee outfit (which, you ask?!?! Well, I'll tell ya)
, Ristretto Coffee Roasters, referred to one of my entries (
this one hyar) having to do with "
Just Coffee Art", which is still really rather amazing, and I still wonder why this outfit didn't spring up here in Portland (it was
us who invented "Coffee Culture", suck it, Seattle!).
Now, I haven't tried Ristretto yet, but we will. Soon. We haven't been to Jim and Patty's for a while, come to think of that. We believe in coffee, and we believe even more in coffee from Portland.
