At least it sure looks that way. Nobody in any official capacity will confirm -- yet -- that the new "MacGyver" is filming its pilot in Portland. But, the fact that someone came to The Oregonian offices today to scout out our h.q. as a possible location is a pretty fair indication that the pilot is going to shoot in the Rose City.
