2619.I'm not a huge fan of Randy Leonard as a Portland City Councilor, but as a human being, and someone who has lost a younger brother to the vicissitudes of life and fate, I can certainly sense the pain in losing a child.
Doubtless he should agree with my mother who has opined that a parent should never outlive their child.
And in that spirit, heartfelt condolences.
