[design] Tablet Repair: Well, That Sucks.

1776.

After holding on to my beloved Intuos3 6x11 digitizing tablet for about three weeks, Wacom finally told me how much it'll cost to fix it.

$200. Almost.

Sucks to have no design work coming in.

It's this flat thing that you use instead of a mouse to communicate with your computer. The idea is that you "draw" on this surface with a pen-shaped controller instead of working the cursor with the mouse, so drawing in applications like Illustrator or Photoshop (or the GIMP or Inkscape, if you will) is more natural and intuitive (when you draw, you don't mark on the paper with a pencil shaped like a "bar of soap").

Your execution was a little off on that one. I'd practice. B-)
